The start of a great relationship

After reading all of the beautifully written blogs of friends and family, I thought that I would give this blogging thing a try. I hope it is the start of something good, or at least a record of our comings and goings to look back on someday. I am currently seated at my dining room table looking into the living room (and feeling slightly guilty) while Seth juggles the three little ones. Oh boy.... Emma is standing on the couch alone while Seth is on the other side of the room. Shall I intervene, or depend on his cat like reflexes???? Shoo, she is safe in her Daddy's arms. I think I will begin this blog with a little description of the Guerrin Harem.

Kira Arline just turned 4 years old in December and is a little princess. I do not use the word princess as an endearing term, or a nickname by any means. She actually lives about 60-70% of her life as a princess. She floats around my house singing Disney songs and wearing my aprons as ball gowns. She has an imagination that blows my mind. She is one of those, make people sick with jealousy, good kids. I'm not sure what was done right, but I'm pretty sure we can't take the credit for this one. She has been a treat since she was born. She is our little miracle, and someday I will divulge further. I have never met a more well spoken and hilarious little person, of course I may be a little bias. She is a blessing.

Tori Elizabeth is our oldest twin girl, and she just turned one! The only way to describe this little girl is with one word: Content. She is the happiest little girl and her big toothy grin makes everyone around her smile. She only cries when there is a reason, so we come running when we hear her. She is perfectly chunky and has the most beautiful complexion I have ever seen on a baby. She is a blessing.

Emma Jae is our youngest twin girl, and she obviously just turned one as well! Emma is our "passionate" child. This is the politically correct way of saying that she is full of piss and vinegar! She is the most entertainingly dramatic baby I am yet to encounter. She is either going a hundred miles a minute, or clinging to you like a baby monkey sucking her little thumb. She has a silly grin worth a thousand words, and a scream that could wake the neighbors. She is a blessing.

Then there is man that this harem flocks to. My loving and devoted hubby, Seth. I dare say that if he were asked 10 years ago where he would be now, the answer would not be "Father to three girls, and future stock holder in Tampax". But, boy oh boy has he rose to the occasion. I think the most impressive thing to me is that he comes from a family made up of mostly boys, yet he plays princesses and barbies better than I can! I could write a book on Seth and how happy he makes me, but for now I will just say, He is a blessing.

Much more to come on these characters I am so lucky to have in my life.
